If you need to cancel your appointment please give a timely notice. If you cancel within less than 24 hours you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your service.
There is a 15 minute grace period, after this grace period your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 50% of the service with the card on file. If you are going to be 15+ minutes late please do not show up as you cannot be serviced anymore and we will have to reschedule. No Shows You will be charged 100% of the service with the card on file.
A valid payment card is required for booking to hold your appointment. You will NOT be charged. This is just to hold your appointment. Squeeze in appointments will have a fee of $40. Please text 215-354-7536 if you need a squeeze in appointment, and we will try to work out a time. I accept Apple Pay and Cash only. MASK IS NOT REQUIRED
Please arrive with a clean face and lashes. No eye makeup or oily products near the eyes. Studio Address will be sent to you in your confirmation email, so please ensure that you are using a valid email when booking.
